What does it feel like to simply receive?
In a world that asks us to constantly move, accomplish, and keep up, there is something deeply restorative about giving yourself permission to pause.
Each Sound Healing with Meditation & Pranayama session at CURA Yoga Center in Boulder, Colorado, is an invitation to slow down, settle in, and experience the restorative power of sound, breath, and stillness.

What can sound healing do?
Sound and vibration offer a unique pathway into relaxation and inward awareness. A sound healing experience may support:
- Deep relaxation & rest
- Nervous system regulation
- Releasing physical tension
- A quieter, more settled mind
- Grounding & present-moment awareness
- Emotional processing & reflection
- A greater sense of ease and connection
No meditation or sound healing experience is required. There is nothing to accomplish and no “right” way to experience it.
What to Expect
We begin with a grounding meditation and simple pranayama (breathwork) to settle the nervous system, anchor your awareness, and create a foundation for rest.
Then, simply get comfortable and receive.
You’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, mantra, Indian raga vocals and sitar, gentle chimes, and resonant tones.
As you listen, you’re invited to notice your breath, soften your body, and allow your attention to gently turn inward.
A Space to Simply Be
This is a trauma-informed space where you are always encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels supportive. Rest, adjust, move, open your eyes, or simply listen.
Come as you are. No effort required.
Sometimes we don’t need another tool, task, or thing to accomplish.
Sometimes we just need a little stillness—and permission to let ourselves be held.
