At CURA Yoga Center, we love connecting our community with practitioners who share our belief that there are many ways to support a healthy, functional, and connected body.
Today, we’re introducing Corin Blanchard of Alchemy Alignment, a Certified Rolfer here in Boulder- who also happens to practice right across the hallway!
So, What Is Rolfing?
Rolfing Structural Integration is a hands-on practice that works with the body’s fascia and connective tissue, combined with movement education, to support greater balance, ease, and fluidity throughout the body. Clients may experience increased body awareness, range of motion, and relaxation.
Rolfing & Kaiut: A Complementary Approach
There’s certainly a common thread between Rolfing and Kaiut Yoga. While Rolfing works hands-on with the body’s soft tissue and structural patterns, Kaiut Yoga uses accessible movement and positioning to explore mobility, function, and the body’s relationship with gravity.
Together, these practices can offer different pathways toward the same intention: creating more space, awareness, and ease within the body.
